INFLATABLE DOOR SEAL

Sponge door seals reduce your energy consumption while effectively improving your working environment. The door seal is lined with a thin, simple electroplated steel plate, which is undoubtedly more durable than traditional wooden linings. In addition, the unique pressure-reducing design effectively reduces friction between the cargo platform door seal and the truck, extending the service life of the door seal fabric.

Mechanical loading and unloading door seals consist of front and rear frames made of aluminium profiles/steel profiles, which are connected by brackets. The frame structure is wrapped with reinforced polyester fabric (PVC). When the vehicle is not parked properly, the side and top of the door seal will retract due to squeezing, and the top will automatically rise, which prevents the vehicle from damaging the loading and unloading door seal.

The inflatable door seal is installed in a frame structure with an insulation effect, and the top and side panels can provide a greater insulation effect, with a top sealing column and two side sealing columns. The material is neoprene rubber wrapped with synthetic fabric, and the sealing column is a continuous, cylindrical shape in the center, continuously inflated by an external blower and equipped with balance holes at each part.
